★ 6 luxuriously appointed master king ensuite bedrooms all with stunning mountain views, sumptuous bathrooms, 65" 4K Smart TVs, blackout curtains, and writing desks. Rain shower heads. Five of the king bedrooms feature jetted tubs in the bathrooms.
★ Game room & family room (lower level) with a fully equipped second kitchen. Fridge, range, and an 85" 4K TV. Games: Pool table, automatically scoring digital air hockey, 2 multicade arcade games, foosball table, and a 14-foot giant shuffleboard! ❖ 6 master king ensuite bedrooms (2 on each level, across 3 levels):
Each features a king bed, private bathroom, picture windows, and a deck facing the mountain views, 65" Smart 4K TVs. Blackout curtains, writing desks. One of the upper-level bedrooms features a gas fireplace. All ensuite bathrooms have double vanities and luxurious rain shower heads. Most bathrooms also feature jetted tubs.

❖ Bedroom 7: bunk bedroom (upper level):
9 twin beds, private bathroom, 75" Smart 4K TV. Blackout curtains.

❖ OUTDOOR AREA
Fire up the propane grills and dine on the breathtaking main-level balcony. Watch sweeping mountain sunsets from a glider on the covered lower-level deck.

A stone path leads to a romantic gazebo, pond, and yard swings in the lushly landscaped backyard. Cascading stairs wind further down to a green space in a forest clearing, featuring a horseshoes game. Gather around the wood-burning fire pit to watch the stars come out!

✤ The 3 gas fireplaces are operational from October- February.
✤ There is a pet fee of $275. Up to 2 pets allowed. Please include your pets in the guest count on Airbnb and the pet fee will be automatically included.
Guest access
✦ Entry via a smart keypad. Code will be sent 3 days before check in
✦ Ample parking for up to 9 cars: 7 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
✦ If you are not used to driving in mountainous areas, please drive with caution as roads in Gatlinburg are narrow and winding. When first arriving, we recommend arriving during daylight for better visibility
Other things to note
▲ The house is located quite high up - prospective guests should take note that they will have to drive up a steady incline and the roads are winding and curvy. When arriving first time, we recommend arriving during daylight for the best visibility.
❆ For bookings in winter time, you should expect to encounter adverse weather conditions (snow, ice, etc) and slippery roads. It is the guest's responsibility to be prepared for this - bringing a car with all-wheel drive and winter tires would be wise.
