Splash around at the community pools, cozy up on plush leather sofas in front of the toasty fireplace, laugh at a comedy show on the flatscreen TV, play friendly rounds of pool in the game loft, enjoy evening soaks in the outdoor hot tub with tree-studded views, and snuggle in one of 2 king-size beds while the kids drift to dreamland on the queen-size bunk. Be it a family vacation or trip with friends, Rocky Top Roost will not only keep everyone entertained but also provide a memorable space to spend your Smoky Mountain retreat.

Living Room

After a smooth drive along flat, paved roads to the cabin, leave your luggage in the car and head straight for the cozy leather sofa and love seat for a rest while the little cubs play on the area rug. Or flip on the mounted flatscreen TV to check the weather and make plans to head into town for dinner. On cool evenings, get a warm fire going in the electric fireplace, featuring elegantly placed stones from floor to ceiling, and take advantage of the tabletop lamps to read that book you’ve been wanting to finish. With a cup of hot tea, coffee, or cocoa nearby, what could be better?

Kitchen

Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with ample appliances, dishes, and tools you’ll need for great in-cabin meals at your dining table or the picnic table on the back deck. Boasting granite countertops and a sleek finish, preparing dishes in this space will be easy as pie…which we highly recommend with freshly whipped cream from the fridge. In the mornings, have as many cups of coffee as you like, fry eggs and bacon to your heart’s content, and pile locally made jams onto every slice of toast — this is your vacation, eat what you want!

As lunchtime approaches, rinse crispy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy cucumbers in the double sink and whip up a sandwich spread with your chips of choice from the cupboards. For a bonus dessert, surprise the kids with ice cream from the freezer! And don’t forget parmesan-topped popcorn for movie nights!

Dining Area

With all this yummy food, having a dedicated space to enjoy it is a must! Complementing the stylish kitchen is the close by dining area, harboring a chic wooden table paired with 6 black chairs. Conveniently located, easily set the table with tasty sides and condiments down the center and grab seconds from the stovetop in a flash. When mealtimes are over, clear the table for board or card games from home or turn the space into an arts and crafts center for the kids. With an open floorplan and plenty of natural light pouring in from the surrounding windows, the dining space in this home can be used in multiple ways to suit your vacation needs.

Rec Room | Loft

Time for a bit of fun in the loft! Challenge your bestie to beat the highest scores on the arcade unit or gather the whole group for a pool tournament. One thing’s for sure, the kids and kids at heart will claim the game room as their favorite space at Rocky Top Roost. In fact, there’s even a queen-size bunk bed for those who just don’t want to leave. There’s also a mounted flatscreen TV, sleeper sofa, and 2 ceiling fans for extra entertainment and comfort.

Bedrooms

After a fun-filled day hiking, biking, fishing, and horseback riding in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, come home to a private en-suite bathroom, cooling ceiling fan, entertaining flatscreen TV, and comfy king-size bed in one of 2 cozy bedrooms on the entry level. Soothe tired muscles in a hot shower before slipping into the cool sheets of your spacious bed and top the night off with a romantic comedy before falling asleep.

Outdoor Spaces

Park up to 4 vehicles along the flat driveway of this motorcycle-friendly cabin and walk up only 1 step to enter the home, super convenient for packing and unpacking the car. Rock away all your worries and cares on the covered front porch and enjoy seasonal mountain views (best seen in winter) from the covered back deck. With woodsy views most of the year, reconnect with nature and friends while chatting in the porch swing and rocking chairs. Better yet, plan an awesome barbecue party with the gas grill and charming picnic table. And make every night spa night with a relaxing soak in the hot tub and your favorite show on the outdoor flatscreen TV!
