o Access to an outdoor deck from the dining area, complete with a large outdoor dining table, sitting area, fire pit, and propane weber grill—perfect for enjoying meals or taking in nature’s beauty.
o A king-size bedroom with a Smart TV, an attached en-suite bathroom, and double doors leading to the outside deck.
o A half bath that’s located adjacent to the entry door.

• Lower Level:
o One king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and an attached en-suite bathroom.
o Another One king-size bedroom with a Smart TV but without an en-suite bathroom.
o A lounging area with a Smart TV and an electric fireplace, and a bar sitting area.
o Access to a lower-level outdoor deck area with outdoor lounging furnitures and a hot tub.

Cabin Policies
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement and ID verification within 24 hours. $500 Security Deposit hold is required.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 11pm - 9am.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
