Need more room for your group? This listing is for two separate cabins, next door to each other. Both cabins are identical in every single way and ideally situated in Wear's Valley, right next to one of the highest-rated zip lines in the region.

Each cabin can comfortably accommodate 14 guests with 3 kings and 7 Twin beds. Just in case someone brings along a friend, we can also accommodate additional guests on air mattresses or sofas.

Adults can enjoy the tranquil forest views or relax in the soothing hot tub while catching up on their latest TV shows on the outdoor TV. The kids are putting their gaming skills to the test on the arcade games or basketball shooter. Later, take a dip in the plunge pool while you ask Alexa to play your favorite tunes. The attractions of Pigeon Forge (15 min) and downtown Gatlinburg (30 min) sit right around the corner from this cabin’s location in breathtaking Sevierville, Tennessee.

BASIC RULES
No smoking, parties, horseplay, unauthorized pets, rearranging furniture, confetti, tape on walls, yelling, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

*pets are allowed in some properties with a fee.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level.

GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, you will receive access to your guest portal. Within 48 hours of booking, you agree to login to the portal and click on the "Register Now" link to finalize your reservation. The registration process requires you to provide a government ID, credit card for incidentals and your signature agreeing to our contract, house rules and fee schedule. FEE SCHEDULE
From bachelor and bachelorette parties to birthday celebrations, guy's getaways and girls weekends, we welcome groups of all sizes who celebrate together. We want you to have a good time but you remain responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused during your stay by anyone who enters the property. Please remember there are neighbors who work regular jobs so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum after 10p.

Please understand this fee schedule exists only to deter bad actors who plan on causing chaos and damage to our properties. We have no intention of excessively or randomly charging fees to five star guests.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter - to get you through the first day or two of your stay.

The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

FIVE STAR GUEST POLICY
We try our very best to deliver the best experience but you should be aware that you are booking a vacation rental. We are not a hotel with hundreds of rooms or some big company with gazillions of dollars and armies of staff. We're a small team trying to bring love and joy to the world. That's why we created Stay Minty and our awesome guests are why we continue. We promise to treat you better than we expect to be treated and we ask that you do the same.

We want your vacation to be perfect just as much as you do. Just remember that we are all human and our homes are no different than yours - sometimes the unexpected happens. If it does, we promise to spring into action and do everything we can to resolve it. If you have any issues or are unhappy, you promise to call, text or email us like a good friend so we can get you back to happy. To shoot it to you straight: We have a no jerk policy. If you are a jerk, please don't book with us - we do not negotiate with terrorists!!
