This 3-bedroom (sleeps 6) home is a spacious, Americana themed cabin with an open floor plan, 3 king size suites, a fully stocked kitchen, TV, charcoal grill, arcade game, and stone mantle gas fireplace! If you’re lucky enough to visit during the winter, you’ll even get treated to a Smoky Mountain view!

Main Level:
-Fully equipped kitchen with dining table
-Comfortable living room with couches, seasonal gas fireplace, and cable TV
-Deck access with outdoor seating
-King size bedroom suite with a full bathroom with shower/tub combo

Lower Level:
-King size bedroom suite with a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and arcade game
-King size bedroom suite with a jacuzzi and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Access to lower deck with seating and a hot tub

-Above the Tree Tops is not motorcycle friendly and not recommended for vehicles that are lower to the ground. Steep and winding mountain roads to cabin.
-No Smoking is allowed.
-This property is not pet friendly and does not have a washer/dryer.

PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent

NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.
