TripAdvisor Names Vacation Rentals in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Among Top 10 in the U.S.
Two of our favorite Smoky Mountain cities are in the news again! TripAdvisor recently released its list of the most popular U.S. cities for travelers booking a vacation rental, and both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, Tennessee ranked among the top ten. With such a huge variety of cabins and chalets in the area, it’s no wonder that vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are in high demand. To come up with a list of the hottest vacation rental markets in the country, TripAdvisor pulled data from its millions of users. When comparing the numbers from January 2015 and January 2016, they found that demand for vacation rentals in Pigeon Forge was up by 73% and demand for vacation rentals in Gatlinburg was up by 71%.
