Wears Valley Barn Offers Lots of Options
One of the lesser-known areas of our Smoky Mountains
is Wears Valley. Named for a Revolutionary War veteran, Samuel Wear, who built
a fort near the entrance to the valley, it runs parallel to the Great Smoky
Mountains National Park. This beautiful valley offers a variety of things to do
while you’re here and a great place to have a wedding, meeting or retreat.
The Barn
at Immanuel’s Farm is not what you’re probably envisioning when you hear
the word barn. This rustic-themed building has more than 4,500 square feet of
meeting space; there is plenty of room for outdoor events, and lodging
accommodations on site. In addition, there is a chapel and reception area for
up to 150 guests and a game room with pool table a large TV. The views are really
spectacular, both of the barn and the mountains.
Take a look at the photo gallery and see the
gorgeous interior of the barn. The old-time farm implements, the chicken coops
attached to the ceiling, the setups for events – they all convey a family
atmosphere reminiscent of a simpler time. That’s the feeling you get from being
on the grounds at The Barn at Immanuel’s Farm; a quiet, beautiful place in a
setting that is sure to make you feel at home.
