Since October, we’ve had the opportunity to enjoy brand new holiday music from our favorite country music legend. “A Holly Dolly Christmas” features a combination of classic holiday hits and original songs. There are also duets with Miley Cyrus, Michael Buble, Willie Nelson, Billy Ray Cyrus, Randy Parton and Jimmy Fallon! You can listen to the album in the car on your way to go holiday shopping, or as you decorate your house for the holidays.
2. Cook with Dolly’s Holiday Baking Collection
Dolly Parton partnered with Williams Sonoma to create a line of all the holiday baking essentials. The special collaboration brings holiday bakeware and kitchen items like aprons, a cookie cutter set, spatulas, oven mitts and more. The cookie cutter set has cookie cutters designed to honor things that Dolly loves most, like music notes, a log cabin and a butterfly. You can also buy a gingerbread cabin that’s designed to look like her Tennessee mountain home, guitar gingerbread cookies and sugar cookie mix. You can use the bakeware while you cook for both Thanksgiving and Christmas!
3. Watch Dolly’s CMT Takeover
This year, Dolly Parton is taking over CMT for a day-long Christmas extravaganza! On Saturday, December 5th, tune in to CMT for a holiday movie marathon, classic music videos, a full episode of “CMT Hot 20 Countdown” and more. Throughout the day, Dolly Parton has some surprises for viewers! Watch Dolly reflect on her holidays and best Christmas memories, get a tease of her upcoming special on CBS and more. The takeover begins at 9 a.m. on CMT with a Dolly-themed “CMT Hot 20 Countdown.” Some of the movies you can expect to air during the marathon are “Coat of Many Colors,” “Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love,” and “Steel Magnolias.”

This December, viewers will get to see Dolly perform an intimate, candlelit set of faith-filled hymns and holiday classics, along with songs from her new Christmas album. In addition to musical performances, Dolly will share her own Christmas stories and memories of the holiday season. The Dolly Parton Christmas special will air on CBS and CBS All Access on December 6 from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., ET and 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., PT.
