What is Pinchy’s Lobster Co.?
Pinchy’s Lobster & Beer Co. will offer a brand new dining experience for visitors and locals, including lobster, a raw bar, a beer garden, and live music in the heart of the Smokies. It’s focusing on giving guests signature lobster rolls, amazing soups, and the best craft beer in Tennessee. The menu will include everything from Maine Oysters, to a Lobster Sushi Roll, to Lobster Pot Pie, to a Nashville Hot Lobster Roll! The beer garden portion of the restaurant will become one of the best outdoor spaces in Sevierville, with a covered deck, fire pits, raw bar, shaded seating and a music stage.
There is currently a Pinchy’s Lobster Co. in Franklin, TN. It’s a new concept in the Factory at Franklin and a food truck that travels through Middle TN. Pinchy’s is excited to expand to Sevierville and offer the same delicious food, along with tons of seating, a patio, and a beer garden that serves craft beers from TN and Maine.

This brand new Sevierville restaurant and beer garden has an opening date of October 5, 2022. The company has finished exterior drawings and designs, and construction is beginning to start!

Trotter’s Whole Hog BBQ will open on Bruce Street sometime this year, serving authentic BBQ meals. There are also talks of a pizza and pasta place, and a sushi restaurant!
