Grand Opening of Jason Aldean’s in Gatlinburg
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar held its grand opening Thursday, August 3 in Gatlinburg, and the country star himself was in town to celebrate! Aldean was there with his family to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new venue. The restaurant and bar had a soft opening in July, but officially held its grand opening August 3! What to Expect at Jason Aldean’s
Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar in Gatlinburg opened the first week of July 2023, bringing a new, entertaining dining experience to Gatlinburg. When you enter the building, you’ll see the Y’all Boutique gift shop, where you can stop for a Gatlinburg souvenir and unique apparel, and Sun Diner, the perfect spot for Southern comfort food, but the real magic is upstairs! The second level is the sit-down restaurant with a small gift shop full of Jason Aldean merchandise, and the third floor is the rooftop bar. The restaurant has an All-American menu with all of Jason Aldean’s personal favorites — like Jason’s Mac & Cheese, which includes chicken, cavatappi pasta, creamy pepper jack sauce, bock beer, bacon, and a buttery herbed crust. The rooftop bar has a quick-service counter where you can order food, a traditional sit-down bar, and a stage where live music performances will be held daily. It’s also the largest rooftop patio in Gatlinburg!

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar is located at 644 Parkway in Gatlinburg, where the old Tin Roof gift shop was previously. It is right in the heart of all the action in downtown Gatlinburg, near all sorts of other fabulous attractions and restaurants! Of note, the restaurant will be within walking distance of both Anakeesta and Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies.

The new restaurant in Gatlinburg TN is the second location of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar. There is currently one located on Broadway in Nashville. Jason Aldean’s captures the essence of Nashville, offering live music to enjoy while you indulge in a delicious dinner and drinks. There is also a rooftop patio similar to the new Gatlinburg location as well! This will give you a chance to enjoy live music, great food, and a beautiful view of the city.

As you probably know, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar is not the first restaurant in Gatlinburg opened by a country music icon. Ole Red opened in Gatlinburg back in 2019 and is inspired by Blake Shelton. This hot spot in Gatlinburg is similar to Jason Aldean’s new restaurant in the fact that it offers live music, a fun atmosphere, and plenty of great food. Believe it or not, this is not the only connection that the two share. Both Aldean and Shelton burst on the country music scene in the early 2000s, and the two have grown a friendship since that time. Now it looks like they will be able to further bond on their shared experience of having a restaurant in the Smoky Mountains!
