Located at The Shops at Lumberjack Square just off The Pigeon Forge Parkway, The Mountain Wildlife Museum in Pigeon Forge is a great place to visit with the family. Inside, you will find exhibits featuring lifesize mounts of regional wildlife including white-tailed deer, black bears, wild turkeys, bobcats, and more! You will also see animals that are not native to the region including monkeys, lions, crocodiles, and more! You’ll have the chance to see the beautiful wildlife up close and also discover interesting facts about the impressive creatures. The Mountain Wildlife Museum is a great educational experience! After your visit, you will come away with more knowledge of wildlife preservation efforts in the Southeast and have a greater appreciation for the animals. What is the Cost of Admission and Hours?
The Mountain Wildlife Museum in Pigeon Forge is extremely kid friendly. Children 3 and under can experience the museum absolutely free! For children 4 to 11 the price for admission is $10.99. Guests 12 or older will need to pay $18.99 for a ticket to the Mountain Wildlife Museum in Pigeon Forge. Tickets can be purchased either ahead of time online or in person when you arrive. The time it will take you to go through the museum will vary. If you stop to read all the exhibits, expect to spend around 45 minutes on the museum experience. Currently, the museum is open Sunday through Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 6 PM to 9 PM.
