Dollywood Schedule and Dollywood Hours for 2024 Season

If you’ve ever visited Pigeon Forge, or ever even heard of the area, chances are, you’ve also heard of Dollywood. Dollywood Hours and Schedule

For the 2024 season, Dollywood is opening up on March 9th to the general public. Season passholders will get to visit the park a day early on March 8th! We have exciting news, though — you’ll have more chances than ever to visit Dollywood during its 39th season. The park will be open more days than any season prior. There will be a total of 280 operating days, which is 23 more than its previous season. As far as Dollywood hours go, the park will open at 10 a.m. every day through the Harvest Festival. During Smoky Mountain Christmas, the park will open at 11 a.m. The rest of the season’s Dollywood schedule and Dollywood hours are available on the attraction’s website. What’s New at Dollywood in 2024?

2024 is going to be a big year for Dollywood! Visitors can expect plenty of fun and excitement throughout the season, as well as some new things to enjoy. In 2024, Dollywood will implement a new ticketing system, new entertainment, upgrades on the famous Lightning Rod roller coaster, and more. Perhaps the most exciting pat of the season is the brand new Dolly Parton Experience! Opening in May, this experience will feature interactive elements that will make guests feel as if they were with Dolly Parton as she journeyed from Locust Ridge to stages around the world. It’s three times the size of the former Chasing Rainbows Museum! Other new additions to the park include new shows, new food and dining options, and more.

2024 Dollywood Schedule for Festivals

Dollywood festivals are some of the most popular events at the park. Throughout the season, you can be a part of unique shows, arts and more. Here are all of the Dollywood festivals happening this year:

• I Will Always Love You Celebration March 9 – April 14
• Flower & Food Festival April 19 – June 9
• Summer Celebration: June 15 – August 11
• Harvest Festival: September 9 – October 28
• Smoky Mountain Christmas: November 1 – January 5

Ways to Save Money at Dollywood

If you’re anything like us, you like to save money, especially when you’re on vacation! Here are a few tips for saving money at Dollywood.

Buy a season pass!

If you plan to visit Dollywood more than once, a season pass is the way to go! A season pass will allow you entry to the park throughout the entire Dollywood schedule for the season that we show above. It’s a little bit more money up front, but it will pay off in the long run! After you pay for your season pass, you can visit as many times as you want throughout the season and you can come and go whenever you choose! You can choose from Diamond, Gold, and Silver passes, each offering various perks to optimize your park visits.

Pack a small bag!

Instead of waiting to purchase them inside the park, pack items like a poncho and sunscreen. This will save you quite a bit of money if you need these things. Same goes for items like strollers. They’re available to rent in the park, but you can save some money by bringing your own with you.
