Sugarland Mountain Hiking Trail Lower Section located in the Elkmont Area Area off of Little River Road the trail is 6 miles long round trip with an elevation gain of 1500' with moderate difficulty rating for hiking abilities and fitness level required. Starting off with a fairly steep climb that will take you along several steep drop-offs providing great views including an outlook of Gatlinburg, Mt. LeConte, Brushy Mountain, and of course the namesake Sugarland Mountain.
