Taco Trail Taqueria & Bar is a taco-themed restaurant coming to Gatlinburg in the spot previously occupied by TGI Fridays on the Parkway. It will be a place that features Mexican-inspired dishes with a hint of the Smoky Mountains infused in each bite. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, Taco Trail will feature tacos, burritos, bowls, salads and bar service. Created by the Collier Restaurant Group, which also operates The Melting Pot next door, more than 2 years of research and development have gone into the creation of the Taco Trail menu and atmosphere.
