When you’re not playing at Dollywood, shopping at the Tanger Outlets, or exploring at The Island in Pigeon Forge, you can come back to Highland Hideaway to relax and unwind. Curl up on the leather sofa, read a book in the glider nearby, or open the doors to the porch to enjoy some fresh air and the peaceful wooded surroundings.

For entertainment, Highland Hideaway offers a big screen TV with a DVD and Blu-ray player, a CD player, arcade games, and board games. Conveniences include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and high-speed wireless internet! This pet-friendly cabin has plenty of amenities for your pup as well, including a fenced dog run outside, a private driveway where you can get out and play together, and a pet gate on the porch!

At night, relax by enjoying a meal at the dining table, playing board games before bed, soaking in the outdoor hot tub, having a bath in the indoor jetted tub, or chatting around the firepit with s’mores. Bedrooms have their own TVs and include 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size bed for restful nights. Living Room

Get cozy in the inviting living room at this pet-friendly Pigeon Forge cabin. The ceiling features exposed beams and is high, creating a spacious feel, and the fireplace (decorative, not operable) adds to the classic Smoky Mountain cabin experience. Large windows offer plenty of natural light during the day and showcase the lovely trees, too. 

Kick back on the sofa with popcorn and drinks on the coffee table and press play to watch an entertaining DVD/Blu-ray on the big screen TV for movie night. The living room is also a nice place to catch up on your reading at night or gather everyone for coffee and a chat about the day’s activities in the mornings.

Kitchen

Steps from the living room awaits the fully equipped kitchen that harbors stainless steel appliances (including a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher), counter space, a double sink with a window, and a coffeemaker. Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and cutlery are also provided so you don’t have to worry about serving drinks and meals while on vacation. Cook flavorful breakfasts, set out yummy lunches, prepare special dinners, and whip up midnight snacks with ease at Highland Hideaway. All you need are the ingredients!

Center to the kitchen is the dining area that boasts a beautiful log table with matching seats for up to 4 guests. In addition to enjoying meals, snacks, and homemade margaritas, the table is versatile for many uses. You can set up a provided board game, deal a deck of cards, work on your next book, enjoy arts and crafts, homeschool your kids, and more!

Bedrooms

When it’s time to hit the hay, consider first taking a luxurious bath in the indoor jetted tub in the loft. Light a few scented candles, toss in a bath fizzy, set out your favorite pair of pajamas, and play a light-hearted podcast to make spa night special. The loft bedroom also has an arcade game you can play anytime, a TV for entertainment in bed, a ceiling fan to keep cool on warmer nights, and a queen-size log bed to sleep soundly. In the enclosed bedroom, a king-size log bed invites you to dream sweetly, and table lamps are ideal for nighttime reads. There’s also a TV for entertainment whenever you please and a ceiling fan that adds comfort to the space. 

Outdoor Spaces

Arrive along the partially paved (with some gravel) driveway to reach your pet-friendly cabin in Pigeon Forge with a fenced yard — aka a quaint dog run that gives your pets a chance to stretch their legs a bit and take in all the new smells! The wraparound deck even features a pet gate so you can let your doggies or kiddos roam around supervised. 

Roads to the cabin are flat and paved, making trips to and from town easier. Conveniently, there is room to park 3-4 vehicles (including a trailer if needed) at this semi-private cabin. Views showcase towering trees and enchanting wooded scenes that help take your mind off things. Sway in the rocking chairs with a cup of joe and soak tired muscles in the hot tub.

When you want to wine and dine outdoors, there’s a table on the deck. You can cook out on the gas grill or charcoal, picnic-style grill, whichever your preference. And there’s a firepit where you can roast marshmallows and unwind under the stars, so be sure to bring your lawn chairs this trip.
