City of Sevierville Moves Forward With Plans of New Shopping Experience
After much anticipation, the city of Sevierville is excited to announce that efforts are moving forward on a new shopping and retail development. Known as the Dumplin Creek development project, the new Sevierville shops will be located directly off Interstate 40 at the 407 exit.
Still in the development stage, it is currently uncertain which shops exactly will call the new shopping center home. That being said, the new shopping center will be the perfect addition to the area, located right next door to Smokies Stadium and Bass Pro Shops.
Along with the exciting new Sevierville shops, the retail development will also bring with it a new road to help ease the flow of traffic. As reported by 6 News in Knoxville, the new road will connect Winfield Dunn Parkway, also known as Highway 66, with Bryan road.
The new development will be the second major shopping center for Sevierville. The outlet mall is home to dozens of brand-name merchandisers including Michael Kors, Coach, American Eagle, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Harry and David, Bose, and more!
